Natively, in both directions. Write to us in Bangla or English and we'll reply in whichever you used. Films get cut in the language they were spoken in, with subtitles designed in rather than bolted on.
For a single reel or a batch day, usually within a week or two. Full productions need longer because the script has to settle first. If you have a hard launch date, say so in the message and we'll tell you straight away whether it's realistic.
